Receptions asylum in Norway
Hero Norge AS are today managing about 70 asylum reception centers in Norway and have used Easit products since 2011. Hero uses Easit case management system for deviation at the asylum reception, monitoring of KPIs and for contract management.
Hero Sweden AB
Hero is now also established in Sweden and Hero Sweden AB has approximately 300 employees in 16 receptions – a number which is continuously increasing.
Gunn Lerøy responsible for deviation handling of Hero Sweden says:
– We have now introduced Easit’s system for deviation at our receptions asylum in Sweden. A deviation is created by those who wish to report a deviation by simply send an e-mail message. This will then automatically registered as a new deviation in Easit systems.
Required data describing the deviation of data such as where, when and why the deviation occurred and the measures to be implemented are recorded in Easit deviation management system.
Quality assurance and prevention
The system ensures optimal handling of the deviation through automatic follow up until the deviation is finished. You can then pick out the statistics of all deviations and use the statistics as a basis to apply the right resources at the right time. That way you can learn from experiences to best assure the quality of the business and prevent similar deviations occur in the future.
Reports and statistics
From Easit’s system it is also possible to create reports to be used as a basis for the statistics that are required to give an account for to different authorities.
