Easit Asset™ is the asset registry that grows as needed, for example if the number of asset types grows, or if more information needs to be registered. With Easit Asset, you will have a system capable of managing all types of assets in your organization.
New asset types and fields can be added when needed. The information for each unit can be structured in a tab system, which makes it easy to separate between different types of information.
• 100% web-based.
• Manage any type of asset.
• Monitor warranty times, depreciations, etc.
• Connect assets to get a better overview.
• Free text search and filters make assets easy to find.
• Create views (lists) for different needs.
Assets are divided into different types, to provide structure and the possibility to let each asset type store the information specific to that type.
Examples of asset types are furniture, phones, cars, computers etc. How many and which asset types to use in the system is configured per customer and can easily be modified if the need arises.
The information for a specific asset type can be split up between several tabs, to provide for a comprehensive overview of the asset. Examples of tabs are General, Technology, Economy, Events, etc. More tabs can be configured uniquely to fit each customer’s requirements.
Connecting assets in a structure enables you to see relations between assets, such as all assets located in a particular room, a server hall or a building. Assets can also be connected to organizations and persons.
Easit Asset™ can be integrated with different discovery systems, to automatically update or create assets. This is primarily useful for IT equipment.
Easit Asset™ can be integrated with other modules, such as Easit HelpDesk™ and Easit ServiceDesk™, to connect service and support requests to a specific asset or to display information about an asset as a request is received.
All information is free text searchable, i.e. searches can be made on textual content. Both “search only for words beginning with” and “search for words containing” are supported. The search can also contain several words.
An example of “search for words containing” is:
Search for *chair will find chair, armchair and wheelchair.
