Easit Employment™ gives you clear subprocesses for employment or when an employee changes position or end their employment. Easit Employment™ handles everything from access control to workplace equipment and permissions. Of course, the processes can be tailored to your specific needs and routines.
With Easit Employment™, you achieve control including clearly seeing what equipment is linked to the employee to quit or change jobs. You can also choose to notify the responsible manager when an employment comes to an end, for example, at the end of a probation period.
By creating templates, you can build your own flows and activities in the three different processes:
- Change of position
- Employment termination
In the Employment™ subprocess, you can make sure that all the preparations for the Employment™ are done on time. Activities assigned to different groups or individuals can be used to prepare workplace, equipment and permissions. Even the introduction of the employee can be planned and it is easy to see when all activities are performed.
The Change of position subprocess covers both ending the existing position and getting started with the new position. The process addresses, among other things, IT equipment that will change hands, ordering equipment for the new workplace and permissions that need to be changed.
The Employment termination subprocess handles, among other things, equipment, keys and access cards to be returned and the permissions to be removed.
