Easit Order to Asset™
• Helps you manage the entire chain from order to delivery and asset registrations.
• Web shop that handles several different order flows.
• Article registry for orderable products.
• Creates assets automatically on delivery.
In the article registry, the orderable products are stored. This might be computers, monitors, printers, phones, software or other types of articles that should be orderable in the portal.
Apart from product information, the article registry also stores information about prices and other important data about the article. The information in the article registry can be automatically “inherited” to the asset registry.
The system’s web shop displays the orderable products registered in the article registry. In the web shop, you select which products to order.
When the order is finished, a case is created, which is handled in the case flow. In this case, more information can be specified, e.g. how the order shall be configured, desired delivery time etc.
An order case is handled much like a normal case, i.e. you work with the request, update status, register time etc.
An order can be changed if articles should be changed or completions need to be made. The system also supports partial deliveries.
Regardless of whether the products should be invoiced as a purchase or rented, an asset can be automatically created from an ordered product. At this stage, additional information can be added by the user, such as serial numbers, theft ID, etc.
When an asset is created through order management, it is handled in the same way as other assets in Easit Asset. The asset can be handled both from a technical and from an economic perspective. If the asset is a computer or other type of equipment that can be automatically inventoried by some type of software, an integration can be made to this tool.
