Kanban and Scrum are two methods for visualizing the progress of the project. In both methods, you work with a ”whiteboard” where the various activities are presented and which shows what phase they’re in. Which method you should use depends on the type of project you are working in. Scrum is well suited for development projects that subdivide the work in shorter periods of time and plan the activities to be performed in each period. Kanban is a bit more generic and suitable for many types of projects.

Reports are available for follow-up on the project level, customer level and individual level, or export data to MS Excel and create custom reports.
