Kristinehamn Municipality started using Easit GO as a case management tool but soon needed a solution that could handle more and more complex needs.

The municipality has created integrations with Microsoft 365, Telia's product catalog, financial systems, population registers, Kivra, SMS, etc. which enable smooth flows and reduce manual work. One example is a solution for changing PIN codes in access control systems - a function that was developed in a day and has saved significant time for both employees and visitors.

Digitization of meeting bookings
To manage meetings that require special confidentiality, the municipality has developed a solution that integrates with Kivra. Through this solution, meeting invitations can be sent securely and GDPR-compliant, while detailed information can be linked to Easit GO. In addition, bookings are created in calendars and access codes are generated. All with high confidentiality. This has been particularly useful for social services and other administrations that handle sensitive information.
Automated notifications and self-service
Automated notifications via Teams have streamlined everything from IT support to employee management. Another example is an integration with Telia that automates the ordering, management and delivery of phones. Employees can initiate and follow their cases themselves, reducing the need for manual administration.
Visitor system for the municipal building
When the municipality needed a new visitor system, they developed their own solution in Easit GO to better integrate it into their operations. Visitors can now easily register via kiosks, and employees can manage bookings via the platform. The solution has saved both time and costs, while being adapted to the municipality's specific needs.
"It's impressive how quickly we were able to develop a visitor system that not only solves our needs, but also adapts to different usage scenarios," says Michael.
Results: Increased efficiency and freed up resources

Previous projects that could take months to implement can with Easit GO be solved in a few weeks or even days sometimes - entirely with their own resources. The automation of administrative processes has allowed employees to focus on core business instead of routine tasks. For example, an automated solution for IT orders has replaced the need for a full-time position.
"Easit GO has helped us free up time that we can use to provide better service to our citizens instead of getting bogged down in administrative work," explains Rasmus.
