Easit GO supports Norrtälje municipality's change journey
In 2017, Norrtälje Municipality embarked on a journey of change. The IT department wanted to fully implement ITIL and needed a system that provided the best possible support for this.
We won the tender with Easit GO, which is currently used by all departments of the municipality and its contact center.
Norrtälje's plan is to use our Service Management system even more widely in the future.
