It's been seven years since we launched the Design Studio concept in Easit GO. The year was 2018, and our vision was clear: we wanted to empower customers to create, change and automate their digital processes themselves - without having to know how to code, and without being dependent on consultants.

What is Design Studio?
Design Studio is the hub for development and customization in Easit GO. Here you build forms, define business rules, control views and create entire process flows. It's all done in an intuitive interface with drag-and-drop functionality and clear visual feedback. You don't need to know how to program - but you can create really advanced solutions.

Design Studio in practice
Example 1: Pocket order for meetings - digital process in the self-service portal
A business needs to be able to order coffee for internal meetings. With the help of Design Studio, an ordering process is built where employees simply fill in requests for time, location, number of participants and choice of coffee directly in the ordering portal in the self-service interface. The case is automatically forwarded to office services, or the external supplier, who handles the order. Everything is done digitally, traceable and without manual emails back and forth.
Example 2: Smooth change in IT support process
An IT department identifies a need for a new "manager approval" field in their existing support process. With Design Studio, the field is added, a rule is created to trigger emails or messages in Teams to the right manager, and the process is updated - the same day.
Sharing and cooperation
Easit GO offers a powerful sharing feature via the Design Hub - a common space where private and public organizations can share ready-made forms, business rules, processes and views with each other. This means that a solution that has already been developed and tested can be reused by others, saving both time and development resources.
Everything shared can be easily imported directly into Design Studio, where it can then be customized to the needs of your organization. For example, one municipality has shared a digital process for managing new hires. Another municipality imports it, adjusts a few fields and is up and running - in just a few hours.
This collaboration creates a living and growing catalog of solutions that all Easit GO can benefit from.
Next level - Design Studio + AI
With the new messaging feature in Easit GO , steps in a process can be automated using AI services. For example, an AI call can be triggered when a ticket is created or changes status, and used to automatically categorize, suggest solutions, prioritize the ticket, or recommend knowledge articles. Customers have full control over which AI service to use - it can be an on-premise model, an external provider, or something entirely their own. This way, you stay in control of your data, your flows and ensure compliance.
