  • When a case is created, the case title and description are automatically sent, via GO Connect, to an AI model
  • The model recommends e.g. category, case type, priority and suggested action
  • GO receives the answer and fills in the fields - the case is ready for further processing

Everything happens silently in the background. All it takes is a simple rule and a connection to the chosen AI model.
