At this year's user conference we will be visited by our partner ECIT ASwho will demonstrate how technology and innovation can be translated into real value for customers.
Under the heading "Fra teknologi til verdi - Nye løsninger og ekte kundeshistorier" (From technology to value - New solutions and real customer stories), ECIT offers an inspiring review of new solutions, functions and concrete examples of how Easit GO is used in practice in Norwegian organizations.
It will be a session filled with both insights and inspiration - focusing on how automation, integration and smart features in Easit GO create direct benefits in everyday life.
Among the examples presented we find:
- Outlook Addin - transfer personal emails directly to Easit GO, quickly and easily.
- Customer survey - customer surveys with new opportunities for comments and follow-up
- Waterworks - solution for water meter reading with map function and automatic billing.
- Norwegian Automobile Federation - a membership solution with Easit GO self-service on steroids.
With its deep experience in implementing and further developing GO in both the public and private sectors, ECIT shows how the platform can be adapted to solve real needs - quickly, efficiently and with a focus on customer value.
